Not sure why the Organisations are hell bent in proving there employee is  incomptent / inefficient fool. It is so frustrating to be working for so many years and seeing the decay of the organisation.

Vini's team made a blunder ...and all the knives were out at him. No one bothers to know why such things happen and what is the remedy.

We are still working in a old phenomenon of reducing cost to Increase contribution....To much following to this equation shall result in doom.
